Darling

Darling, Consuelo Ysabel Alfreda (married name) was born 3 September 1912. She was married to Wing Commander Geoffrey Moore Darling. She appears on the electoral rolls for 1980-1985. She lived for a time in Gold Coast (now Ghana). She appears on an incoming passenger list for the ships "Stratheden" travelling from Suez, Egypt to Liverpool in 1944 and "Apapa" travelling from Lagos, Nigeria to Liverpool in 1951 and 1953. She lived in Kenya until 1944 when she lived in Oswestry, Shropshire; 1947-1948 in Kensington, London; 1949 in Chelsea, London. Then she lived in Gold Coast (now Ghana) until 1953 when she lived in Haslemere, Surrey. She died in 1988 in Gloucester, Gloucestershire.

Darling, Wing Commander Geoffrey Moore was born 3 May 1915 in Walsall, Staffordshire. Son of Edward M. Darling and Louisa E. Longden. He was married to Consuelo Ysabel Alfreda. He fought in WWII (Flight Officer 31266 from 20 May 1940; Flight Lieutenant from 10 June 1941). He lived for a time in Gold Coast (now Ghana). He appears on an incoming passenger list for the ship "Apapa" travelling from Lagos, Nigeria to Liverpool in 1951 and 1953. At this time he lived in Haslemere, Surrey. He appears on the electoral rolls for 1980-1985. He died in 1988 in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.
