Tyler, Margaret Violet was born 12 September 1894 and christened 14 October 1894 in Moreton in Marsh, Gloucestershire. Daughter of Frederick Thomas Tyler, a blacksmith and Fanny Howe. She married Leonard Arthur Barnes 20 November 1920 in Stow on the Wold, Gloucestershire. She appears on the 1901 census for Coleford, Gloucestershire; 1911 for Stow on the Wold, Gloucestershire. She appears on the electoral rolls for 1927-1939 (as Violet Margaret Barnes), 1947-1952, 1955-1967 and on the 1939 England and Wales Register. She lived at Main Street. She died in 1967 in Stow on the Wold, Gloucestershire.
