Mills, Albert E. was born 21 June 1923. Son of Albert Mills and Alice Rebecca Gardner. He married Dorothy Grimsley in 1946 in Warwick, Warwickshire. He appears on the 1939 England and Wales Register. He was an estate bricklayer living at Hill Barn Farm Building. He died 28 December 1990 in Coventry, Warwickshire.

He appears on the electoral rolls for 1921-1922. He was a railway drayman. He lived a Adlestrop Lodge. He died 14 February 1923.
