Legg, Charles was born in 1846 in Black Bourton, Oxfordshire. Son of John Legg and Ann. He married Martha Russell in 1875 in Witney, Oxfordshire. He appears on the 1851 & 1861 censuses for Black Bourton, Oxfordshire; 1871 for Brize Norton, Oxfordshire; 1881 for Coln St. Dennis, Oxfordshire; 1891 for Adlestrop; 1901 for Ebrington, Gloucestershire; 1911 for Sezincote and Longborough, Gloucestershire. He appears on the electoral rolls for 1889-1892. He lived at Adlestrop Hill. He was a shepherd.

Legg, Lizzie May was born 17 February 1884 in Broughton Poggs, Oxfordshire. Daughter of Charles Legg and Martha Russell. She married Albert John Allchurch in 1907 in Stow on the Wold, Gloucestershire. She appears on the 1891 census for Adlestrop; 1911 for Moreton in Marsh, Worcestershire. She appears on the electoral rolls for 1918-1920. She died in 1976 in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire.
