Howitt

Howitt, Nellie Lorraine was born 1 January 1877 in Carlisle, Cumberland. Daughter of William Howitt and Selina Roberts. She appears on the 1891 census for Caldewgate, Cumberland; 1901 for Stanwix, Cumberland; 1911 census for Adlestrop. She appears on the 1939 England and Wales Register for Oswestry, Shropshire. She was a companion housekeeper visiting Adelaide Matilda Lardner. She died in 1967 in Droitwich, Worcestershire.
