Hayter, James Henry was born in 1860 in Adlestrop. Son of Henry Hayter and Maria(ii) Lane. He married Elizabeth Knight in 1900 in Solihull, Warwickshire. He appears on the 1861 census for Adlestrop; 1871 for Bourton on the Hill, Gloucestershire; 1881 for Mickleton, Gloucestershire; 1891 for Old Stratford, Warwickshire; 1901 for Drury Lane, Solihull, Warwickshire; 1911 for Eatington, Warwickshire. He was a gardener. He died in 1932 in Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire.
