East, Ada Eliza was born in 1863 in Stanford, Berkshire. Daughter of John East and Elizabeth Sylvester. She married Frank Webb 16 October 1886 in Stanford, Berkshire. She appears on the 1881 census for Adlestrop; 1891 for Wanborough, Wiltshire; 1901 for Wandsworth, London. She was an under housemaid at Adlestrop House.

East, Sophia was born in 1885 in Wheatley, Oxfordshire. Daughter of William East and Caroline. She married Albert Louis Newman in 1912 in Headington, Oxfordshire. She appears on the 1891 census for Wheatley, Oxfordshire; 1901 for Waddesdon, Buckinghamshire; 1911 for St. Giles, Oxfordshire. As Sophia Newman, she appears on the electoral rolls for 1918-1951 and on the 1939 England and Wales Register. She ran the Post Office from 1937-1951. She died in 1951 in Adlestrop.
