Eary
Eary, Captain Frederick Charles was born 8 March 1890 in Pembroke, Pembrokeshire, Wales. Son of Major Charles John Eary and Elizabeth Horn. He appears on the 1891 census for Pembroke, Pembrokeshire, Wales; 1901 for Bodmin, Cornwall; 1911 census for Adlestrop. He was an assistant at Fern Farm. He fought in WW1 with the Duke of Cornwall's Light Infantry, 7th Bn. He is also honoured on the Cenotaph in Collingwood, Ontario, Canada and on the memorial stained glass window in All Saints' Anglican Church in Collingwood, Ontario, Canada. He died 24 March 1918 in France and was buried at Pozieres, Departement de la Somme, Picardie, France.
