Carey, Sarah Jane was born in 1856 in Bledington, Gloucestershire. Daughter of Abraham Carey and Mary. She married Charles(i) Bond in 1877 in Stow on the Wold, Gloucestershire. She appears on the 1861 & 1871 censuses for Bledington, Gloucestershire; 1881 for Great Tew, Oxfordshire; 1891, 1901 & 1911 for Adlestrop. As Sarah Jane Bond, she appears on the electoral rolls for 1918-1927. She died in 1928 in Adlestrop. NB Sarah's surname also appears as Carrey and Cerray.
